Exchange and Return Policy

-No refund is allowed after confirming the order and payment.

-We check all the items before they are shipped. If the goods are found to be defective, please inform us within 3 days after receiving the package. If the defects is more than 1cm, we will provide return and replacement ( LIMONTEA will be responsible for the postage). However, we cannot provide a return or refund for defects or stains less than 1 cm. Thank you for your understanding.
