Exchange and Return Policy

-No refund is allowed after confirming the order and payment.

-We check all the items before they are shipped. If the goods are found to be defective, please inform us within 3 days after receiving the package. If the defects is more than 1cm, we will provide return and replacement ( LIMONTEA will be responsible for the postage). However, we cannot provide a return or refund for defects or stains less than 1 cm. Thank you for your understanding.

-Size exchange due to buying the wrong size can only be done once per order. The customer will bear the cost of return and replacement .

-The returned items must be kept in the original state (not cleaned, not used, not changed)

退货政策

-确认下单付款后是不允许退款的哟。

-所有商品发货前我们都会先检查商品。 如果发现商品有缺陷，请在收到包裹后的3天内通知我们。 由于库存散装。因此可能会导致一些小缺陷或污点。 如果缺陷大于1cm 我们会提供退换（邮费将有我们负责）。但是我们无法为少于1cm的污点或缺点提供退换或退款哟❤

-每个订单只能退换一次。由于错误购买尺寸，退换费用将顾客承担哟

-退换款的商品必须保持原始状态（未清洗，未使用，未更改）❤
