1. Ready stock items will be shipped out within 10 working days after payment.

2. Preorder items will be shipped out around 15 working days after 5th &15th & 30th of the month. Please note that urgent orders are not accepted for preorder goods. We can't guarantee the exact date when will the package be shipped. It may take at least one week to one month for the progress, due to unexpected situations (delivery delay, customs delay, peak season logistics, etc.). 

3. All products will be provided with measurements. Do measure carefully based on the size chart before placing your order. All goods are measured manually, the error of 1-3 cm is normal.
